Store/restaurant openings could change at any moment due to current weather conditions and power outages. Some stores have capacity limits, and some restaurants are limiting menu items.

Feb. 19

Stores
H-E-B, 200 W. Hopkins St., will open from 12-5 p.m. 
H-E-B, 641 E. Hopkins St., will open from 12-5 p.m.
Target, 700 Barnes Dr., is open until 10 p.m. (The store could decide to close earlier, if needed.)
Sam’s Club, 1350 Leah Ave., will open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Closing time dependent on weather.)
Dollar Tree, 1021 TX-80, is open until 9 p.m.
Food Box, 115 Wonder World Dr., is open and plans to close between 7-9 p.m. 
P’n’P ASIAN Market, 1917 Dutton Dr., will close at 3 p.m. and will reopen between 5-8 p.m. 
Tanger Outlets San Marcos will open from 12-5 p.m. Individual store hours may vary. 
San Marcos Premium Outlets are open until 6 p.m. Individual store hours may vary. 
Pitaya, 230 N LBJ Dr., is open until 9 p.m. 
Restaurants 
Toma Taco, 179 S L B J Dr., is open until 10 p.m.
Sean Patrick’s, E. San Antonio St., will open at noon until it runs out of food.
Cafe on the Square, 126 N. LBJ Dr., is open until 7 p.m.
Zaxby’s, 4002 IH-35 S., will open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
K-BOP, 301 N. Guadalupe St. Unit 164, is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Sonic, 2830 S. 1-35, will be open until 11 p.m.
Fat Shack, 50 N. Guadalupe St. Suite 130, is open until 8 p.m. (Closing time dependent on staff.)
Chick-fil-A, 2213 S. I-35 Frontage Rd., is open until it runs out of food.
P. Terry’s, 515 Springtown Way, is open with a limited menu until it sells out of food items.
Alvin Ord’s Sandwich Shop, 204 University Dr., will be open from noon to 9 p.m.
Blue Dahlia Bistro, 107 E. Hopkins St., will be open from noon to 5 p.m. with a limited menu of soup and coffee. 
Rogelio’s, 625 S LBJ Dr., will be open for curbside service until 1 p.m. 
Cody’s Bistro, 689 Center Point Rd. Unit 209, will be open from 3-10 p.m. Happy hour will be between 4-7 p.m.
Italian Garden, 415 N. LBJ Dr., will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Popeye’s, I-35 & Creekside Dr., will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Olive Garden, 1305 I-35 Frontage Rd., will open at noon with a limited menu of soups, salads and breadsticks. Closing time contingent upon staff and supplies.
Whataburger, 1004 State Highway 123, will open for drive thru service with a limited menu from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. 
Casa Maria Restaurant San Marcos, 706 S. Guadalupe St., is open for takeout and will open its dining room at 3 p.m.
KAsian Garden, 302-A University Dr., will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Jason’s Deli, 901 TX-80, will be open until 6 or 7 p.m. depending on its supply.
Dairy Queen, 1113 N Interstate 35 Frontage Rd., will be open until midnight. 
Cracker Barrel, 4321 IH 35 S., will be open until supplies run out.
Pluckers, 105 N. IH 35, will be open from noon to midnight depending on the weather. Both curbside and dine-in are available. Drinks are limited due to water issues.
Figaro’s Pizza and Pub, 243 Wonder World Dr., will be open from 12:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Closing time dependent on supply.
Chipotle, 401 N. LBJ Dr., will be open until 10 p.m.
Chuy’s, 1121 IH 35 S., will be open until 10 p.m.

Texas Bean & Brew House, 1328 N. I-35 Frontage Rd., will be open until 9 p.m.
Cane’s, 928 SH-80 S, will be open until 5 p.m.
Chepo’s Mexican Restaurant, 1400 Old Ranch Rd. 12, will close at 8 p.m.
Mochas & Javas, 700 N LBJ Dr. #100 and 102 Wonder World Dr. #406 will be open until 6 p.m. 
Mochas & Javas inside H-E-B, 641 E Hopkins St., will be open until 4 p.m.
Wingstop, 913 Highway 80 Suite A, will be open until midnight with limited menu options. 
Texas Roadhouse, 1502 IH 35 S, will be open until 9 p.m. for dine-in and to-go orders. 
Fuego Tortilla Grill, 913 N Interstate 35 Frontage Rd, will be open 24 hours for drive thru service. 
Patio Dolcetto, 322 Cheatham St., will be open until midnight.

Feb. 17
Stores
H-E-B, 200 W. Hopkins St., will open from noon until 5 p.m. (If power outage ends)

Target, 700 Barnes Dr., will open from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. If weather worsens, the store will close at 5 p.m.
Dollar Tree, 1050 McKinley Place Dr., is open until 5 p.m.
Restaurants 
Whataburger, 4040 S. IH-35, will open depending on when store employees are ready and electricity stays intact. If open, the store will close at 6 p.m. with a limited menu.
Burger King, 1012 TX-123, is currently open; however, closing times depend on weather conditions.
Chick-fil-a, 2213 S. IH-35, is open until 5 p.m.
Kobe Steakhouse and Sushi, 210 Springtown Way, is open for full service unless electricity goes out. 
Both San Marcos BBQ locations, 2601 Hunter Rd. and 1701 IH-35, will open at 11 a.m and close at 4 or 5 p.m, depending on conditions. 
Hays County BBQ, 1612 S. IH-35, will open at 11 a.m. until they are sold out.
54th Street, 1303 IH-35, will be open from 1-11 p.m. 
Earth Burger, 656 E. Hopkins St., will be open until supplies run out.
McAlister’s Deli, 180 Springtown Way, will is open until 10 p.m., if weather permits.
China Palace Super Buffet, 900 Bugg Ln, is open until 9 p.m., if weather permits.
Fuego Tortilla Grill, 913 N. IH-35, is open until 10 p.m. Drive thru only.
North Street, 216 North St., is open until supplies run out.
Wendy’s, 701 E Hopkins St., is open until 8 p.m. Drive thru only.

OMG Seafood, 205 Moore St., is giving out free crawfish all day.
