The 4th annual Mermaid Promenade took place, Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019, in downtown San Marcos, Texas. The parade featured hundreds of individuals from around the San Marcos community, as well as people who traveled from out of town. Each year, the parade takes place to celebrate San Marcos’ vibrant artistic and river community.
