The University Star and The Texas Tribune have partnered together to better understand college republicans, specifically their thoughts on the primary season and future of the party.
As primaries approach on March 6, there are 18 republicans running for Texas’ 21st Congressional district, formerly held by Lamar Smith. While running for District 21, Jason Isaac left his seat in House District 45, five republicans are currently running for that office.
In the forum below, tell us about the issues that you’ve prioritized with as a republican heading into the 2018 midterm. Give us the opportunity to share your story, priorities and voice.
