Students outraged by Student Government President Connor Clegg and the Student Government Supreme Court’s decision not to impeach him on charges of code violations are calling for minority students to boycott attendance at Texas State.
Using the Twitter hashtag #boycotttxst, students are asking minority students to transfer or reconsider their attendance, stating that the administration does not serve in the interest of minorities.
In response to these tweets, other students have opposed the boycotting with an emphasis on fixing the problems that Texas State has and not ignoring the good that has come from the university.
