An abandoned stuffed animal sits at the end of a dormitory hallway, Monday, March 30, 2020, in Lantana Hall on Texas State’s campus.

Students residing in Lantana Hall were given the option to relocate on Feb. 15 after a frozen pipe led to water leaks and heating issues.
Approximately 160 residents received the option to temporary relocate to Sterry Hall or an alternate location following the incident if they could do so safely.
The university says it in continuing to monitor situation and assist affected students.
