Candidates for the San Marcos City Council Place 4 and Place 5 were announced Dec. 11 following a run-off election. Here are the results:
City Council Place 4: Mark Rockeymoore won with 62.88 percent of the votes.
City Council Place 5: Jocabed Marquez won with 62.88 percent of the votes.
