San Marcos Police are investigating an incident where someone fell out of a fifth-story apartment window at the Local Downtown.
SMPD received a call around 4 p.m. from EMS that they were at a scene at an alley behind the Local on 210 N. Edward Gary St. where a man fell out of a window. The person who fell suffered major injuries and was transported to Ascension Seton Hays hospital in Kyle, but their condition is unknown at this time.
According to the Local Downtown, the parking garage and back of the building are reopened and available for normal use. Police are still investigating the incident.
