Connoisseur Smoke Shop is a local business who pride themselves on having non-imported, quality glass and is also the go-to smoke shop for many Texas State students and San Marcos natives.
 
The shop opened its doors at 214 N. LBJ Dr, in San Marcos on October 6, 2017. General Manager Blaine Morgan said what sets Connoisseur apart is their glass selection which comes solely from American artists.
 
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and recent orders by Hays County officials, Connoisseur Smoke Shop has adjusted their business practices and are taking extra measures to keep everything sanitized and safe. Employees and staff at Connoisseur temporarily changed the store hours to 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and are serving customers through curbside service only. All orders and payments are being taken over the phone.
 
Despite the recent adjustments the shop was forced to make, Morgan remains optimistic about the future of Connoisseur Smoke Shop and is happy to continue to serve the San Marcos community. Additional information and featured products can be found on the shop’s Instagram, @connoisseursmoke.
