The San Marcos Police Department is investigating a Thursday morning burglary and aggravated robbery at the Lodge Apartments on Aquarena Springs Drive.
Upon arriving to the scene, police found a man that suffered multiple gunshot wounds. Witnesses reported three black men, at least two of which with handguns, entered an apartment at the Lodge Apartments demanding drugs and money, according to city officials.
The intruders left the premises on foot after reportedly shooting the victims, before SMPD arrived on the scene. The gunshot victim was sent to the Seton Medical Center Hays in Kyle, Texas, and is currently stable.
