The San Marcos Police Department is investigating a Sept. 18 aggravated robbery at the Starbucks located on Centerpoint Road.
At 11:10 p.m. the robber entered the store with a handgun. The robber is described as a 5-foot-6-inch black male wearing jeans, a blue hooded sweatshirt, a dark blue bandana, which covered his face, and gloves. Three Starbucks employees and a delivery driver were present during the robbery, according to city officials. No injuries were reported.
The company monitoring the Starbuck’s security system obtained live footage of the robbery. The robber fled before the San Marcos Police Department arrived. SMPD said pictures or videos may be released in the future.
