After racist and sexist Instagram posts from 2014 circulated from Student Body president Connor Clegg’s personal social media account, Clegg has since deactivated his account and apologized.
In the apology, announced via Facebook, Clegg said he has since matured and grown.
University President Denise Trauth announced via Twitter that “racism in any manifestation is abhorrent.”
“Connor has apologized,” Trauth stated. “I am hopeful that his apology truly reflects his sentiments.”
