San Marcos has always had a very diverse, active and growing skate community, but what do the local skaters have to say? In this video, multimedia reporter Jeffrey Halfen talks to local skaters at the San Marcos Skatepark, located at 625 E. Hopkins St, about their experiences and thoughts on the city’s skate scene.
Some at the park agree that the skate community in San Marcos is diverse, mostly due to the college students coming from all over to attend school.
